My (trusted) technician said I need to rebuild my carb because the seals are going which makes it hard to start my car. Anyway, I was wondering if its more cost efficient / a better option to buy a new one? The rebuild supposedly will be about 400

 

Can you be more specific? what year and model, engine? What are your symptoms?

This should be simple decision, all will be glad to help thru internet advice though.
