Default CEL Code 1 & 15

Hey everyone, I have a '92 accord and recently had some troubles starting up when it was warm. It would crank but wouldn't start and wouldn't hear the fuel pump. So I opened the hood, rolled the windows down and popped open the tank after I did some research and found out it could be the main relay and this could temporarily get it to start. Then after a day or two it had trouble starting in the cold. Eventually it started later that night and despite my gut feeling I went to pick up a friend and it was driving different. The RPM's were below 1 and would almost stall out until i pushed the accelerator about halfway down, then RPM's would come out to 3. It would act like this in first and second gear. Once I got to my friends neighborhood I waited outside with the car running for about 5 min. I put it into first and same problem. Except it hesitated much longer until it bogged out a little down the road. The CEL came on along with the battery and oil. I turned it off and left it there for a couple hours and came back and started up and drove it halfway home until it stalled again. Left it there overnight and came back next morning, started right up and drove it down the dead end I had pulled into and back. Got it towed to my house then diagnosed through the ECU. Code 1 and 15. It might be apparent but I know very little about vehicles but I am eager to learn. I appreciate any help and thank you for reading.

code 1 is your O2 sensor, don't worry about that one right now. code 15 is related to the ignition system output circuit or the igniter, somebody here may have a link for the troubleshooting or you can try to google it. it's fairly straight forward...could also be the computer.
