Change turn signal speed on a 96 accord?

Can anyone tell me how to change the speed of my turn signals? I can only find forums for how to do it on civics.

If the speed changed, then one of your turn signal bulbs is likely burned out. I think that the speed will only change on the side that has the burned out bulb, but I can't remember.
