Changing oil in 2010 Accord

That's a kind of "crushable" metal washer. I've re-used them and got a new one after a few oil changes. Pretty cheap at the dealer so I buy a bunch & still re-use them a couple times. The only risk is a small leak from that drain bolt.

Okay so I can continue to use the bolt just go to my local Honda and buy some washers to replace every few oil changes?

If you are inclined to panic at a couple drops of oil leak, then you can use a new washer every time. A shop working on a customer car would use a new one each time just because it's not good to have a customer come back for something like that.

I'm not prone to panic, but if I change my oil I want it a tight fit so maybe every time I might put a new washer guess we will see.
