Check Engine Light - 93 Accord Coupe
TheCEL on my 93 Accord Coupe always comes on. I jumpered the 2 wires on the blue connector [above the kick panel] and these are the blinks I'm getting from the CEL....
1 long blinkfollowed by2 short blinks
Can someone decipher this for me PLEASE. Thanks!

Code 12 = EGR lift sensor; you might want to apply vacum to the EGR valve and be sure the plunger isn't stuck or sticking.
Other than that the 'lift sensor' on top of the valve could be at fault.
Your ECM set up does not monitor EGR flow, so it won't tell you the EGR passages are plugged up.
