Check engine light 94 Accord EX
Just walked out the door to go do something real fast and started the car an another issue. The check engine light is on the car reving between 100-1300 RMP's and the engine bouncing back and forth is shaking the car. I drove it around the block and the engine is cutting in and out while driving. I know for the last day or so it has been running a little hotter but no leaks or anything noticable. I filled the radiator only about 1/2 a quart low on fluid. oild is fine and tranny is fine (on fluids). Does anyone know wht this could be? I have looked to diagnose the issue but I cant find the wires or plug. I think whoever had it before me shoved it up somewhere. Not only that but im not to sure what it looks like. I know its two wires with a pug under the kick panal on the pass side.

Alright found the plug but when I try and test it the light doesnt do anything. If the car is not cranked the check engine light doesnt come on. Im not to sure what this is? If I sit there it revs and rocks the car, if I place it in gear it revs and rocks the car harder, and if I drive the engine cuts in and out.

Nevermind, I think I got it. Can anyone tell me will it give me more then one code at a time? Is it only going to give me one until I fix that issue? If its two its code 14 and code 20. Would either one of these be the issue?
Code 14: IAC Valve
Code 20: Electrical Load Detector
Code 14: IAC Valve
Code 20: Electrical Load Detector

From your many posts, you seem to have a lot going on with your car right now.
The ECU will give you multiple codes.
In the DIY section, open the online manuals thread. The spoon honda link has a 94 shop manual that you can download. Just click on manuals on the top bar of their site.
The fuel/emissions section (11-20) has the fault codes and how to test them. You will need to get a volt meter.
The ELD is part of the engine bay fuse box. I could see how those wires going to it could be pinched off.
The IAC can cause idle problems, because it controls the idle.

Well, I just took the entire throtle body apart and cleand it as well as the IAC valve and nothing. Im going to go to the junk yard to pick up a use IAC valve and see if it makes a difference. Thanks
