My cigarette lighter is not working. what could be some possible problems and how could i go about fixing this? i wanna plug in my psx so i could play in the car

 

It could be blown fuse or faulty relay.Most likelyreason that cig lighter would not have power is blown fuse unless someone's been mucking around in your wires. Check underhood fuse 36 (94 Accord manual probably same as yours) and check under-dash fuse 11. Relay is under console near the cigaretter lighter. Looks like console would need to be opened to access relay.
