clack-clack-clack noise in suspension?
I have an 85 accord se-i. there is a clack-clack-clack noise coming from the suspension, especially in parking lots when im turning the wheel to the left i think. The speed of this sound could be described as a horse trotting. Any ideas of what it could be?

My car did that a couple years ago, turned out the CV joints were shot. That could be your problem also. Mine did it no matter which way I turned, and the clacking was slower when I was moving slower, faster if I was going faster, but not loud enough that I would hear it on the highway, the only time I noticed it was in parking lots, etc.

RE: clack-clack-clack noise in suspension?
thanks alot guys, i jacked the car up and looked under there, the passenger side cv boot was torn off and that was the culprit, i got a new axel for about 70 bucks.. putting it in there was a pain in the butt considering i have an 85 honda.. the spindle nut (axel nut) was stuck on there and i winded up drilling it out. It took a few hours just to get that thing off, tried a torch, breaker bar, brute force, impact wrench, nothing worked... in the end ijust had to drill into it until the impact wrench finally worked. i have the factory service manual but it makes it look alot easier than it really is.. lol, at least i saved money. thanks again guys
