Default Clicking sound from driver side from tire

2004 Accord 4. Original transmission.

There is a harsh clicking noise coming from the front driver side tire when I turn the wheel all the way to left and then turn it back. Basically I can turn it 75% of the way to the left and no noise, but then it makes loud clicks the rest of the way. Then when I begin to center it clicks once or twice but doesn't click the rest of the way. No noise when turning to the right.

In the last twelve months, I've had the following work done to the suspension:

1. New control arm bushings
2. New front CV axles3. New ball joints on the front passenger side

Also has all new brakes and three brand new tires. This is the wheel which doesn't have a new tire. I'm likely going to take it in for an estimate, but any idea what it could be. The steering wheel isn't awkward like with the ball joint on the other side, but that ended up breaking while I was driving so I'm a bit terrified. I'm trying not to put to much money in the car because of the age but I'm just trying to see if anyone else has a similar experience. Thanks in advance for any help.

CV joints make clicking noises when turning, so the new CV joint could be faulty.

It was an upper ball joint and sway bar link. Thanks for the help.
