Climate control 01 accord
Question..... so my old climate control broke so I bought a replacement from a scrap yard. The new one only works when I hit it or hit a bump and it only works for a second, I looked online for a quick fix and I ended up soldering a wire into the motherboard of the climate control, still nothing.
I installed an aftermarket radio and spliced the wires when I did it. My new radio didn't have a wire to connect my red/black dimmer wire so I capped it off
It also doesn't have anywhere to hook up my red wire which I believe Is my ignition switch wire or illumination wire. Where do I hook up these wires? And is my climate control effected by all of this? I already replaced all the fuses checked the relays and the connections and everything seems to be connected fine I dont know what to do. Any suggestions?
