Default Climate control module has no lights or power.

I have a 07 Honda accord. The lights and fan has been going off periodically but always came back on for the rest of the day. It's out for good now. Radio still works but all lights and fan is off. No defrost, ac, heat or anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried removing and replacing several relays and all fuses work. I dont know what would make the whole climate control to go out.

Do you have a multi-meter to test?

1. Is there power at Under-dash Fuse No. 30 (7.5A) with the ignition switch to the ON position. Car doesn't have to be running. If power is present at fuse no. 30, move on to next step.
2. Pull out the climate control/stereo assembly and disconnect the connectors. Test for power at the unplugged Connector B, cavity terminal no. 4 (Blk/Yel wire) for power with the ignition in the ON position. If there is power there, then check for continuity to ground at Connector B, cavity terminal no. 6 (blk wire).

If power and ground were present in the testing, the climate control unit may be faulty.

Hey mark I’m having the same issue with a 2005 Honda that I just bought. I bought a new Climate control and radio setup and still getting the same results. Did you have any luck with fixing your problem?

Does your accord have a navigation system or the standard stereo?

I found the green 22 pin connector to give you a place to start. On the row away from the clip/tab there will be a blk/yel, then a blank, then a blk wire at the end. They are likely a thicker gauge wire. If you have a volt meter, you can check the blk/yel wire gets 12V when the key is in the II position. The blk wire should have zero resistance to ground and not open circuit or high resitance (say greater than 100 milli ohms)
