Aftering clearing the EGR Port and EGR VALVE
Engine light still stay on and still getting code 12, Reset the ECM too.

what is next??

94 Accord is OBD 1
EGR lift sensor needs checked, and be sure the vacuum to the EGR valve is turned on around 1700 RPM.

Did you clean the 4/5 ports on the intake manifold, or the port under the EGR valve?
