Earlier today I locked the keys in my sisters trunk and we got someone to unlock the doors. Then later today the battery died while the lights where on. After this the radio displayed the message "CODE" and that is all. I looked in the owners manual and I did not have any of the specific codes listed. Doing a little research I turned the ignition on and got an 8 digit code following the instructions on this page http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/cars-tr...ode-52337.html and I followed bradshire's method. Is there any other way to get the radio code tonight to fix her radio before she has to drive home 8 hours.

look in the glove box for a credit card that has a 5 digit code on it
