Default Code 16

I have a 1995 honda accord 2.2 non vtec, has a code 16 car runs good but at 3500 rpm car acts like it is hitting the rev-limiter...

Code 16 by the flashing lights is "fuel injector".

Check the wiring to the injectors. Loose/dirty/corroded connectors?

Each injector has 2 wires, check the one that's the same color for all 4 injectors. That one is supposed to have battery voltage at all times when the key is on. (The ECU switches the ground side of the circuit to fire the injector)

Have you read codes before? Would you recognize the difference if it had code 1 and code 6?
