Default Code and rebolution problem...

Hello to everybody! Im new in this forum. I recently bought a Honda Accord 98 Ex. I seem that my car have2 issues. Issue #1 revolutions whenmy car its set in "Parking" or "Neutral" rebolutionsgoes upto 2000 and goes down andwill still do it till Ichange it to drive or Reverse don't know why.Issue #2 Radio I can listen to the Radio cuz its asking me for a code I don't have that code my car doesn't have neither the book or the key with that code how can I find that code or broke that code so I can listen to the Radio?I really like the looks of my car, also runs smooth and silent I feel like if I were in my bed. I will really appreciate if someone can help me with this issues.

To get the radio code you should be able to press and hold the one and six buttons and then turn on the radio, it will show a 'reference' number, write that number down then call the dealership parts dept. ask them if they will give you the code.
Idle surge problem, The first things I'd check; Idle Air Control Valve, Coolant level, Throttle Cable Too Tight.
