OK I have a 92 ex 5 speed and the weather is starting to get colder here in Canada about minus 10 celcius where I am. The problem am having is when I start the car first thing in the morning my cel comes on, once it is running for say a minute I can shut it down restart it and the light goes off. The other problem is if I leave say after the minute and have tostop my rpms go nuts bouncing from 1500 to almost stall and back again till I move or the car sits for a couple seconds. I also notice when the car is warm the engine idle at about 700 and feels rough, cause if I bring it up to close to 900-1000 it smooths out. None of these problem occur above freezing temperatures.

Sorry if this is confusing but I have no other idea of how to explain it , and would like to try to figure it out before it causes a bigger problem. Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide
