Cold/Warm AT in 99 Accord

Cold/Warm AT in 99 Accord
Has anyone had to drive their 99 Accord (4 cyl) around for a couple miles in 1st gear before the other gears start shifting normally? Mine's been doing this for a month. When it's warm, everything works fine.
