Well, it looks as if my compressor clutch is staying engaged regardless of whether I turn the ac off or on, and the only way to disengage is to unplug the relay. Three times now, refrigerant had been released from the compressor pretty violently. Am I to assume this is a bad pressure switch?

 

Well, one of my 3rd gens did this all the time. The 1986 DX did this at least once a year, finally traced it to the ac controller under the dash on the pass side........Somehow I don't think you have a 1986 Accord

So after that rant.....have you tested the relay to see if it is stuck closed?

I'd offer more but I have no idea on what kind of Accord you have....good luck.
