Default coolant not circulating

after dumping some 'stop leak' into my radiator, i have no coolant flow at all.
removed the thermostat, thinking it was stuck, and still nothing.

how do i determine if this is a radiator or a water-pump problem?
if it is the radiator is there any option other than to get another one?

What leads you to believe there is no coolant flow?
Are the top and bottom radiator hoses different temps after idling for 10 mins?
Is the engine overheating?
Do the cooling fans run when the temp gauge is 1/2 way?

any help on this one please?

what is the normal difference in the temperatures of the upper hose and lower hose, so i can say that the radiator is working and the coolant is indeed circulating? in my '97 accord automatic, i noticed that the upper hose is very very hot while the lower hose is just warm (or even colder) to touch. my engine overheats (temp gauge goes up after some time) and i am not sure if the coolant is actually circulating, or because of some other problems. i am also thinking that it might be a defective (stuck closed) thermostat that is why the coolant is not circulating. is there an easier way to determine if the coolant is circulating? there are no leaks though because the level of the coolant is ok.

if i will remove and test the thermostat, it is actually a hard thing to do with a honda '97 accord because the thermostat housing is located behind the engine and underneath the air cleaner housing assembly and intake air resonator (IAR) hose. does it need an expert to remove the air cleaner housing assembly and IAR just in case i need to look into the thermostat? i am hesitant to remove them myself because of the many connections to disconnect and reconnect afterwards and i am not sure if these connections especially those going to the engine are critical. so bad that they designed the '97 accord with the thermostat housing located at that hard-to-reach area! thanks for help.
