Cooling fans don't work 98 accord 4cyl

Exclamation Cooling fans don't work 98 accord 4cyl

please help! i have checked relays, fuses, jumped relays and fan turns on, jumped cooling fan switch and both fans turn on, applied direct power to fans they turn on, replaced cooling fan switch won't turn on, replaced coolant temp sensor still nothing. Turned on ac fan won't kick on. Everything I have done still didn't fix the problem. I don't know what else to do

The next step would be to unplug one of the fan relays. The two bigger pins that are usually made of copper power the fan (sounds like you already jumped them). The other two pins control the relay. One pin should have 12V to ground (use a valve cover bolt as a ground). The other pin should be open to ground when the a/c is turned off. It should close to ground when the a/c is turned on.

Does the compressor clutch engage when you turn on the a/c?

If it is a 4cyl did you drain the air through the bleeder located next to the thermostat? The other quick diagnostic thing you can do is look in the under hood fuse panel and note the number on the relay, there should be another relay in there with the same part number on it. Swap them! If the fans work then you have verified that it is a relay, but please note, where ever the bad relay went that circuit will no longer work, thus replace immediately. Best of luck.
