Cooling and Radiator Fans not coming on even with A/C switch to ON

My "other ideas" were around the starting. I do want to take a bit of a reset on the issue.
If the AC system is not working, push button and the compressor and the fans do not work that can be an issue all to its own. While driving and the fans do not come on that can/IS a different issue. I know the ac doesn't work, so the fans not coming on for that is "AC" related and not part of the cooling issue.
So let's confirm what we are trying to solve? The fans never come on while the car is running and will start to over heat while sitting still.
Or the ac does not work?
Last, by the looks of that coil wire, yes please pick up a new one, or set as soon as you can.

hi phatboyslim2012 ...
got around to remove the coolant switch ... it has a pointed end not a flat. Did I remove the wrong one? Switch A is the one behind/underneath the distributor cap correct?

yes, the a/c light comes on, but the fans does not come on plus the compressor does not engage. If I jumper the a/c pressure switch, the fans and the a/c compressor does engage when I press the a/c button.
Thanks ... pab

You are likely low on AC refrigerant charge if switch is open. If AC cooled good when pressure switch was jumpered, then you may have a failed open pressure switch.
Check system pressures (hi and lo sides) w/ AC compressor running (not very long as low charge can damage compressor).
good luck

Here are the issues: 1. The fans do not come on while driving (with or without the A/C switch on). 2. The fan do not come on after I turn off the engine - which it normally does after driving for a long time. 3. The fans come on if Switch A is jumper. 4. The fans and the a/c compressor engages if the A/C pressure switch is jumper.
Will be changing the coolant switch (Switch A behind/underneath the distributor) later today. phatboyslim2012 mentioned that I had to "bleed the radiator?" How would I do that on 1992 Honda Accord LX?
That's about it for the issues and all the things I have tried so far to troubleshoot it.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

im pretty sure not 100% that what you removed was the temp sensor, the part can be different between years, but the picture shown for the switch you ordered has a flat end. the diagram i posted above is for you year car, if you look at it it shows the location to the bleeder. directly to the left you see the part which has the wire harness connected to it sticking straight up, 11-12o'clock position, that should be the switch. it should be in a similar spot as the pic of my engine above, i have a cold air intake on my car so the stock air box setup isnt covering it, you might have to take the stock air tubes off to get to the switch, but not sure
