Default Crunching noise only in winter

Have 97 accord with about 145k. Whenever I go over speed bumps I hear crunching noises in the front and rear suspension but only in the winter. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you ever had work done to you're suspension? My old car had a similar noise in the rear, and a shop said it was the control arm. Hope that helps

Look over all the rubber suspension bushings. If they are marginal, or beginning to deteriorate, they can make more noise when they're cold.

Correction, the crunch is only in the front.

Anti-sway bar bushings where bar ends join knuckles are a frequent cause for this noise.

good luck
