Default It cut off would not start then...

So I was driving on the freeway about 15 miles and if felt like my trans went out. I could hear the idle go as I push the gas but I was slowing down. So I put it in neutral and tried to rev it and it barely went up. I put it back in gear and it cut off. It would not restart at all. Every now and then it would try to but it would just go brrrrr and cut off. I thought it was the timing belt, got all sad then after work it fired right up. I drove it a bit and nothing seemed wrong. I tried pulling codes and didn't get any.
Anyone have an idea of what I can test or clean to try and fix this?

cheapest, check clean or change spark plugs, make sure you use NGK or ND plugs. check wire resistance.
be ready for a failing fuel pump/relay or distributor/icm/coil.

When the car dies while going down the road, did you get any dash lights?
When the car is running does the key feel warm to the touch ?
I would try to correctly diagnose the problem instead of throwing parts at the problem

No dash lights at all. Research points towards the coil. In a 94 f22 is the coil inside the dizzy? I have heard thats where it is but I have 5 wires off the cap and one goes to this shot glass sized thing. Is that my coil?

Looks like an external coil. There's too many different flavors of "f22" so you can't just say they're all the same.

When you get the car started and running, can you get the car to stall by shaking the key?
