Cylinder 2 Misfire

Cylinder 2 Misfire
I have a 1996 Honda Accord 2.2 Vtec. The car started misfiring the other day so I checked the cod and it was for a cylinder 2 misfire. I swapped out the plugs and wires, but the problem persisted. I then swapped out the cap and rotor, and it didn't help at all. It only misses under 3k RPMs. Above that, it seems fine. I though it was a spark related issue for sure, but now my only other guess would be a bad injector. But would a bad injector only cause issues under 3k RPMs? I did read that EGR issues sometimes cause a misc misfire code, and I have had an EGR code on for a while but havent gotten around to fixing it. I don't remember the code #, but it said something about exhaust gas recirculation. So, I'm stumped with this misfire thing. Anyone have any ideas (besides an injector)? Thanks

Unfortunately, now I've got fuel leaking from the fuel rail. It didnt leak during 2 days worth of driving, yet started doing it today.
I'll pop the fuel rail off and try re-seating it on the injectors.
