Default Cylinder 3 misfire (cant get rid of it)

I am to the end of my knowledge on this issue.. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated..

1997 honda accord completely stock. 4 cylinder 2.2
keep getting cylinder 3 misfire no matter what i do.. Car shakes violently when put in gear but runs out smooth when given gas or driven down the road. Only does this when idling, and when you pop the a/c on it gets worse..

Heres a list of the things ive already done.
Plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button, compression 150+ on all cylinders, adjusted timing for it was one tooth off but problem still persist.. Switched injectors on cylinder 3 and 4 but still misfiring on 3.. Have 12 volts to all injectors.. Ive done everything i can think of and didnt want to keep throwing parts at it.. Doesnt smoke or overheat.. I can pull the wire off 3 and the motor doesnt change tune as it does on all other cylinders.

Has anyone seen or heard of this or could point me in the right direction.. Thanks!!!

First check egr ports. If you're already cleaned out your ports, try a new ecu. If you can't find one, take it to a tuner and just have em hook up their ecu and see if the problem persists.

What you can also do is get a efi quick probe and probe the 3rd injector for the same pulses as the others or even a noid light.
