I have a 94 honda accord and when it gets warm or hot, its D4 starts blinking when i start it and it wont start at all. It does not behave this way during cold seasons.

what could be the problem please help.

The D4 light blinking means the Trans Control Unit (TCU) has a stored code. You need to extract that code and repost for help.

Code procedure is documented in DIY forum. Same procedure for ECU (Check Engine Light flashes), but D4 light will flash the codes.

No-start and D4 are likely related since they occur at same time.
