Default Damn tranny..HEEEELP!!!

Wazzup guys, got an 03 accord ex auto 4 cyl 184k. Ever since I had the mounts changed (all of them except the bottom tranny mount), I've been getting trouble when the tranny is switching from 1st to 2nd.
This especially happens in the mornings or when getting off work. Even if you let it warm up for 5 10 mins it still does it, or even into like 20 mins driving. Would have to ease of the gas or the car would jerk hard, sometimes would get a tire sCreech if you dont. Today I noticed the rpm was all the way up to 5-6k and it still didn't change to 2nd, I was coming off the red light.
Had changed atf b4 summer and again couple wks ago. Had gotten a code for solenoid b being stuck open. I didn't get a chance to test it to see if it was clicking tho, just took it out and cleaned it.
Tomorrow will scan it again to see if any codes come back.
Another thing is when the ac is on, the car vibrates alot, even when in N but not as much as if you're stopped at a light and have it in D.

Definitely scan for codes.

Also, is the shifting just harsh, or late?

Yea that's a def. Sounds like both to me. It's like revving the car in N and shifting to D. Probably have to make a vid and upload it.
Never did that with the busted mounts. When they got changed it started happening, maybe just coincidence.
