when i first put my car into reverse it makes a low whining noise, it also does this when i am in reverse and moving at low speeds, not in highter, it also only happens in reverse. what cold this possibly be?
the other problem i have is that when i honk the horn it blows its fuse and my brake lights dont work. is that a faulty relay??? how do i fix it?

there is some whining noise when you have car in reverse..........I would have to hear it if it is normal or exessive

as for the fuse that blows when you hit the horn,,,,,,,disconnect the horns and see if it still blows the fuse,,, if it does not,, you got a bad horn,, just connect 1 at a time to find out which one has shorted out ........If it still blows the fuse with horn unplugged you might have a short in the wiring

brake lite share the same fuse as the horn..

 

I had an Integra that made a funny, almost musical noise only when backing, & it got quiet when I applied the brakes. After a couple weeks it developed into that familiar screetching noise from the warning tabs for worn-out brake pads. When those tabs are just barely beginning to rub on the rotors, the sounds can be very strange.

 

my 94 made a winding noise in reverse and I never thought anything of it since every I4 accord I drove sounded the same way. My CL and previous car a 98 V6 does/did not make this noise when in reverse.
