I had the winshield replace about 6 months ago and now have a rattle/squeak where the dash meets the winshield. I was thinking about wedging a small piece of rubber between them, but was wondering if anybody had a better idea.

Rubber wedge sounds like the best idea to me. Those squeaks are hard to find and harder to fix.
