Default Dash/Tail Lights

Are the dash instrument/gauge lights and tail lights on the same fuse?

My Brake lights work but the tail lights won't come on.. Just got the car, haven't had time to check into that yet but going to today.

Checked fuses.. no luck

On the rear of my Accord, which spot on the lense would be the running/tail lights?

I know which spot is brake, but some cars/trucks.. the brake/tail are the same bulb.

you checked fuse # 32 15 amps under hood fuse box ?? if ok
at the combo switch connector chk to see if you get power at the red/green wire........if you do. turn the parking lites on and chk to see if you get power at red/black.. if you DO NOT most likely a bad combo switch

also try something,, power up the red/black and see if all the lights will work

Now if you DO NOT have power at the first test , at the red/green and fuse was ok,, there is an open in the wire from fuse box to combo switch

I somehow didn't notice that the fuse was missing 'Small Light' fuse like you mentioned.

I put one in, and interior started beeping.. I can check again to see if it was the same, or different than the open door beep.

When I did this, the tail lights DID come on, but.. that's with the Combo Switch OFF. The tail lights stay ON even if the switch is off, and also when on. Pretty weird.. I'm new to Hondas.. but could that also mean a bad combo switch? I appreciate the help.. hopefully I can fix this soon so my new car doesn't have a curfew LOL.

ahhhhh that why someone took the fuse off,,,,,,cause lites were on all the time

most likely you got a bad combo switch,, but chk this out...

at the combo switch connector chk to see if you have power on the red/black wire with switch on OFF ,,if you do unplug the switch if lites go off you got a bad switch
