Default DIGNOSTIC CODES

Do you need a special tool to pull codes from a 98 Accord? If not how? Thanks

you will need a OBDII code reader. you can get them from autoparts store, but at the same time you could borrow theirs or ask them to pull the codes for you and find out what it is and what you can do about it.

Where are you? Most AutoZone-type parts stores will read the code for free (hoping that you'll buy some parts). Make sure they tell you the actualcode number, sometimes they get pretty creative when they explain what you have to fix. Post back with the number.
