Dimming light while in idle

Dimming light while in idle
I have 2016 Honda Accord EX-L and recently I noticed that when I have the car parked with A/C turned on...I experience headlight and interior light dimming...including A/C compressor engaging and disengaging frequently?
Being a new car owner, I was wondering if this behavior is the same for other owners as well and if it's normal or not?
