Smile Do all '93 Accords (EX 4dr Sedan) have ABS?

I have the light on the dash (not on tho) but I dont see anything under the hood that would suggest I do..anyway to clearly tell?

Thanks,
chef

Excited to register just bought a 1993 Accord EX as a tinker car...

Brakes very soft...gonna bleed first, I know the fluid in these Honda's need a full change every few years...I dont have a bleeding kit tho, never used one and I seem to do OK. Do the kits work so much better I have to buy it? Or old way of pump, turn, (fluid release) and tighten still ok?? TY!

ABS was standard equipment on the EX in 93.

not all trim levels had ABS, if you have it, the light should come on for bulb check when you start the car and then go out. you can also check for the control unit, located in the trunk on the passenger side inner quarter panel.

You should also be able to see whether you have an ABS modulator unit in the engine compartment.

It's possible that it's been removed by a previous owner of the car??
