I located this under my dash. I was fixing my brake switch and located this. It is plastic disk with a copper plate inside which was lying behind the middle console. It has a very long thin wire which runs under the dash and wired into a wiring harness separating a black wire. It has what appears to be an old chip at the other end. I tried to upload pictures but it won't let me. The chip is red in color.
