Door lock problem need help

I have a 94 Accord LX. When I start the car the door locks on the driverside only go up and down for about the first 45 seconds then quite. Any help would be geat.

Sounds like there is an aftermarket remote entrysystem installed.

None of the honda systems [94-97]lock the doors when the engine is started.
