I need to replace the drivers door weatherstripping on my '90 Accord. It looks like there is a small plastic piece, like an "anchor", up at the top corner of the door window frame, with two circular points in it. Anybody know what that is/how to remove it/how to replace weahtherstripping? I looked at some doors at a junkyard yesterday, and none of them had the small plastic anchor piece on them. Oh, by the way, this is the weatherstripping that is on the door, not the seal on the body.
