Default Dreaded P1167 Code 01 Accord 2.3L No Ground

Hello All,

My son has a 01 Accord showing P1167 with a new O2 sensor installed, so I checked the connector with voltmeter and I have 12 volts but no ground signal at the connector to the #1 O2 sensor, any suggestions? I need to ohm the connector pin with the wire itself which I have not done yet. Also pulled #6 fuse at DS door and it's good. I could use a wiring diagram of the PCM and sensors. I did a search before posting, not sure were the ground wire goes to one diagram shows it going to a common ground another thread talks about it going to the PCM. I believe I found what I needed to trace the ground wire. Connector "C" terminal 18 Green/Black wire.
Update: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...diagram-61059/

Update - The black/white wire at the O2 sensor and the green/white wire at the PCM connector "C" 18 do not have continuity. Do I run a new wire from C18 through the firewall and out to the black/white wire?
