You need to provide more information. Is car door locked and door locks won't unlock or is remote keyfob not working?

If locks are clicking, but door lock doesn't move the lock mechanism may be jammed. This is a difficult repair and requires removal of drivers seat to access door panel and access the lock mechanism manually.

Search this forum for posts on the subject.

Also check youtube video "How to open the door on a Honda Accord that won't open."

good luck

Door Latch Accord Won't Open Fix Solution

This might also be pertinent but I would make absolutely sure this is your problem before you start drilling.
