driver window will not work
the (front) driver window on my 1990 accord LX will not work. just replaced the regulator two days before the window stopped working.
- is not regulator/motor because i hooked up old regulator that was bent (motor still good) and it didn't work
- is not switch, i tried with a different switch (from someone on craigslist)
- is not fuse because other windows work
- is not wire harnesses because i tested all of them
heat is building up in the switch when i try to work it, and it is taking power (dims my dome light).
does anyone know where the little black wire coming from wire harness that hooks up to regulator goes?
anyone know what might be wrong?
i am new to this forum so if this is posted in the wrong spot, or if this question is answered (couldn't find it) please let me know
