I purchased a used Honda Accord LX 2007. Our other two cars have driving lights that go on automaticlly when the car is started. Is there a setting that allows the same thing on the Accord?

No, USDM Honda's don't have DRLs like Canadian & European cars. Your only option is turn on your parking lights after you start the car.

 

I may be confused with what your talking about but after 2006 USDM accords came with DRLs. If the high beams arn't coming on dimmed when the car is on and the headlights off then the high beams are probably burnt. If you mean automatic headlights I have no idea which accord has that. I belive only the 8th gen has auto headlights, and if it doesn't it should.
