Question DRL - Aftermarket - 2005 Accord EX

I have installed DRL to the turn signal lights, which I prefer.

The Accord is a U.S. model and I live in Cape May, NJ. So, there's no implication of factory DRL being involved.

I am using this product: http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm

Here are the install instructions:http://www.webelectricproducts.com/products.htm

Here's the problem.

After installation, all the lights - turns, hazards, etc, including the DRL works as should.

After a few miles driving, the right DRL stops working, but all the other functions are okay. The left keeps working as intended.

I've checked the connections and they're fine.

The first time they were installed, by a stero shop, the same thing happened.

I reinstalled, and the same thing. The mfg sent me a new module.

The third time I reinstalled, the vendor had sent me a complete new kit. Same thing happened.

He's puzzled, as he's had other Accords with the system installed, and no problems.

The same system is installed in my '06 Ford F350 Super Duty, and works flawlessly.

I've connected the module, to the right side's brown wire.

I obtained a schematic from www.eautorepair.net.

The brown wire goes from the light to the hazard relay.

The red/black wire goes to the control module.

I've tapped my fuse to a switched 7.5a at #9. However, the DRL instructions say to use a 15a.

The mfg and I both feel the brown wire is the one to use.

The only other switched aftermarket item in the car is a Parrot CK3100 handsfree bluetooth kit. It's hardwired to an switched electrical source.

I would appreciate if anyone has any insight on this problem.

Thanks in advance,
Al
