DTC Codes

Default DTC Codes
I have run a diagnostic on my Honda Accord '04 2.2 CDTI Exec
It has shown a single error code of 'P16A4', however I can't find this code anywhere, does anybody know what this refers too?

I've never seen that code, in fact I've never seen one with the letter "A" in the middle.
But we don't get Honda diesels here in USA, so ????
