DVD for nav.

We have a 2006 Accord with a nav. system. We just received a flyer with an offer to upgrade the DVD to a 4.73 new DVD for $149.00 plus S&H. Anyone done this and is it worth it? Thanks in advance.

Do you plan on driving on roads that have been added since 2005? It's just an updated map database, you be the judge of what you need.
