The shop manual is probably your best bet for a guide. I'm pretty sure the PCM is in the engine bay on the driver's side of the bay towards the windshield. Look at PCMs on Ebay to know what the PCM looks like.
It should be pretty obvious how to remove it. Disconnect the battery. The disconnect unbolt any items blocking you from access in the PCM. You may have to remove the PCM with the bracket, the remove the PCM from the bracket. You probably have to unplug the connectors before removing the bracket.
