Default ECU replacement questions 96 Accord LX 2DR 2.2L AUTO Trans

I have a 96 Accord LX 2.2L Coupe with an Auto Transmission and I need to have my ECU replaced.
The Honda dealer parts dept gave me this part # after I gave them my VIN #, the part is 37820-P0J-315. but when I call junkyards for a replacement after giving them the same info I mentioned above they say its 37820-P0B-A70.

Is there a definitive way to tell? Is the part# on my part that is needing replacement? The shop has the car now so I would need to go and check.
When I asked the shop owner who seems to know his stuff he said that model does not have to be reprogrammed when replaced, its just a swap. Is this right?

37820-P0B-315 part number replaced 37820-P0B-A70, so both will work. 37820-P0B-315 may have some minor upgrade, but I wouldn't worry about it. PCMs on the 94-97 accords are pretty reliable.

Thank you very much PAhonda! The existing unit I had mentioned in another thread you also helped with (sorry for the duplicate here) that the ECU or rather ECM is a 37820-P0J-L60 so I was able to find a replacement that matches on eBay. We will see, if its a dud knowing my part # options is very useful.
