Engine Compression Reading Question

Engine Compression Reading Question
Hi,
I purchased a 96 accord dx 4 cyl with 180k mi and am going thru it fixing whatever needs fixed. Engine runs ok, ran compression test and got 160, 150, 155, and 170. From what I see in the service manual these numbers are acceptable, my question is since there are two adjacent cylinders that are low might this indicate head gasket issue?
I purchased the car for a little more than the junkyard would pay me for it as needs a new tranny; engine starts right up and can be taken to redline nice and smooth... As I was signing the title the lady handed me a sack with valvoline oil and cd2 oil stop leak.... I'm like "uh oh.."
Took the valve cover off and notice kind of yellowish colored oil and some gunk in the filler cap--- signs make me really wonder if headgasket isnt to blame here.. I opened the container of cd2 and it is clear, so I'm hopeful it's to blame for the color of oil. I figure at this point I can either do a leakdown test or just change the T.Belt and see how it goes.
Am changing the timing belt now as looks like original one may still be on it (is crazy how cracked the existing belt is-- surprised it hasn't given out yet..) -- figure if engine ends up being toast I will take the new t. belt off and get a junkyard engine and put it on that..
Thoughts/advice?
Thanks
