I am changing coolant in my 2008 honda accord, my question is: where is the vent plug u remove when refilling the radiator

There is no vent plug for refilling. You fill through the radiator. Instructions are also in the owner's manual. If you don't have the owner's manual, register on the American Honda ownerslink site.

The drain plug is at the bottom of the radiator.
