Default Engine Hesitating

I have a 2004 Accord EX 4 cyl with ~126K miles. Recently, it has started hesitating when trying to accelerate. It is most apparent between 0 - 45 MPH. I have changed the plugs and no codes are present when doing a diagnostic test. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you

Shop manual suggests for low power to:

1) Check fuel pressure meets spec (48-55 psi unless this is an SULEV).
2) Check throttle body cable rigging for smooth movement, check throttle plate not binding, and use scanner to check that throttle position moves smoothly from idle position (0 deg, 0 position, 0.5v)
3) Adjust throttle cable free play (3/8" - 1/2").

Occasionally, a new oxygen sensor (Air/Fuel Sensor) will cure drivability symptoms. If your problem only occurs once engine is warmed this may be something to consider, particularly if you're still on original A/F sensor.

good luck

Check the EGR valve. When it goes bad or the passages in the intake manifold get caked with carbon, it leads to a hesitation or low speed stumble. Easy way to check it is to cap off the EGR valve and plug the vacuum hose that goes into it.
