Engine knocking?

Hard to pin point the noise from the video, can you determine where in the engine is coming from-upper part of the engine or lower. Any history of the car that might help-run low on oil a lot, t-belt/wp replaced lately. How long have you had this car, has it always been this way, did it start all of the sudden...

With not much to go one I'll take a stab, if you are willing to do the work. Have you pulled the valve cover and checked the valve lash...kind of sounds like it. Also is there any exhaust leak.

Default valve

no exhaust leak.... car just started kicking forward like that out of no where...only if u notice in the video the tires are moving forward...no one is in the car i have it in drive with the e-brake up.... check engine light just came on....gonna get the codes...and yea im fine with doing work...ive owned the car for around 4 months just recently had to replace the trainy it has 98k miles exactly on it.

I didn't notice the moving, I was listening to the noise.
