Default excessive flashing lights in cluster

I have a 91 Accord ex that I changed the instruemnt cluster after breaking one, now when I put the left turn signal on, both turn lights in the dash plus the seat belt light blink. When I put the right turn signal on the high beam light flashes, everything works outside. Did I get the wrong instrument cluster? I have looked at the circuit card and can fin no burn or abnormal looking marks Please help. THANKS

Sometimes Honda changes that stuff from year to year. What year was the replacement cluster from?

Welcome new member; but I'm gonna move this post over to the tech area. This place is really just for introductions.
